As part of its mitigation goal, Colombia is committed to reduce CO2eq emissions by 51% with respect to the projected emissions in 2030 in the reference scenario and to reduce black carbon emissions by 40% with respect to the 2014 level. To achieve this, it is necessary to establish guidelines for the structuring of the roadmap of the National Bioenergy Plan in terms of regulation, governance and emissions reduction.
