Annual event: 2017 Africa LEDS Partnership regional workshop
Join the Africa LEDS Partnership (AfLP) for its fourth annual event on the theme of ‘Climate Change and Development in Africa: Unlocking LEDS implementation on the African continent’.

Location: Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire
The fourth annual Africa LEDS Partnership (AfLP) event brings together low emission development strategies (LEDS) practitioners from across Africa for discussions around key themes of unlocking LEDS implementation. Priority focus areas of the workshop are:
- integrating LEDS into national priorities;
- financing LEDS implementation; and
- energy and agriculture, forestry and other land use (AFOLU) considerations in Africa.
The new Africa Minigrids Community of Practice will convene on the day before the event for a closed workshop on business models and finance for minigrids.
