Roadmap for Developing a Sustainable Mobility Master Plan Validated with Key Stakeholders in Villarrica and Replicable for Other Localities in Paraguay
Villarrica is a city in the department of Guairá (Paraguay) with a population of around 60,000 inhabitants. Currently, the Municipality of Villarrica is facing the lack of an urban transport service that meets the mobility needs of its citizens and establishes effective connections to the most important points within the city.
The development of a Sustainable Mobility Master Plan (PMMS), through consensus with key stakeholders and the development of investment policies, can contribute to the sustainable development of the city and the region with the implementation of low-emission mobility strategies.
