The roadmap aims to address fundamental knowledge gaps regarding stakeholder interest, capacity, and economic and environmental impacts; inform public and private sector decision-makers; assist stakeholders in determining long-term investment requirements; and outline key steps for implementation by defining future government programming needs and industry’s role.
